Privacy Policy
How Kabra gws collects, uses, and protects information across the apps we build — starting with Lotería Griton@.
Effective date: July 24, 2026 · Last updated: July 27, 2026
Kabra gws ("Kabra gws," "we," "us," or "our") is a software development studio based in Monterrey, México. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information for the mobile apps we publish, listed in the "Apps covered by this policy" section below. As we release new apps, this same policy will be extended to cover them rather than replaced, so this page is the single reference for privacy across everything we build.
Apps covered by this policy
Lotería Griton@ — a mobile app for playing traditional Mexican lotería, calling cards aloud at random. available now
Future Kabra gws apps will be added here with their own subsection as they launch.
Information we collect
Local app preferences
Lotería Griton@ stores your in-app preferences — such as the selected card deck, voice pack, pause duration between cards, and whether you've removed ads — directly on your device using Android's local DataStore. This information is never transmitted to us or to any server; it stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the app.
Account information (optional)
Signing in is optional — every feature of the app works without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Android's Credential Manager to receive only a minimal session state: whether you're signed in, your name, and your profile photo URL. We do not receive or store your raw Google credentials or authentication tokens.
Purchase information
If you purchase an "ads removed" upgrade, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. The app only receives a simple true/false entitlement flag confirming your purchase is active — we do not receive or store your payment method, card number, or billing address. Kabra gws does not operate a backend server, so this entitlement is currently tied to the specific device where you purchased it.
Advertising data
Unless you've purchased ad removal, the app displays ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's own privacy policy. Where required, we present Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form so you can choose your ad-personalization preferences before ads are shown.
What we do not collect
- No camera, microphone, or live voice/speech recording — the cards are "called" using pre-recorded audio clips bundled with the app, not real-time voice capture.
- No location data.
- No contacts or address book access.
- No product-analytics SDKs, and no crash-reporting or diagnostics SDKs. Beyond the advertising services described above, the app does not bundle any SDK that collects usage analytics, crash reports, stack traces, or device diagnostics. If we ever add crash reporting to help us fix bugs, we will describe exactly what it collects here and update the "Last updated" date before that version of the app is published.
How we use information
- To run the core gameplay: shuffling and calling lotería cards.
- To remember your preferences between sessions, on your device.
- To recognize your optional sign-in and personalize the greeting shown in the app.
- To confirm your ad-removal purchase and stop showing ads if you've paid for that upgrade.
- To display and measure ads, and to honor your consent choices, if you have not purchased ad removal.
Third-party services
Our apps rely on the following third-party services to operate. Each is governed by its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:
Google Play Services (Sign-In) — optional authentication via Android Credential Manager.
Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases; Kabra gws never sees your payment details.
Google AdMob & User Messaging Platform (UMP) — serves ads and manages ad-consent preferences.
You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with third parties except where necessary for the services above to function (for example, Google processing a purchase or serving an ad) — those providers act under their own privacy terms, not on our instructions beyond what's needed to provide the service.
Data retention and deletion
Local preferences are deleted automatically when you uninstall the app. If you signed in with Google, you can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings, which removes our ability to read your basic profile information going forward. To request deletion of any information you believe we hold, contact us at the email below.
Children's privacy
Lotería Griton@ and other Kabra gws apps covered by this policy are intended for a general audience aged 18 and over, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information described above. Because most data stays local to your device and we do not operate a custom backend server, our data-security surface is intentionally small — the information most exposed to third parties (payments, ads, sign-in) is handled by Google's infrastructure under its own security practices.
Your choices
- Sign-in is optional — you can use the app fully signed out.
- You can revoke Google sign-in access at any time from your Google Account settings.
- You can manage ad personalization through the consent form shown in-app, or through your device's ad settings.
- You can uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally stored preferences.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our apps evolve or as we add new apps to the list above. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the updated policy. When a change means an app starts collecting a new type of data, we update this page before that app version is released, not after.
